Fresh Garden Deli is 1-2 blocks from the Iolani Palace and the Hawaii Supreme Court Building in Downtown Honolulu, open for lunches on M-F.   They have great food.  For a list of their daily specials see http://www.freshgardendeli.com/specia... .  People love their famous black bean burritos and fiesta salads on Fridays, their chicken jicama salad on Tuesdays, their apple tuna curry salad on Wednesdays and their Greek platters and chicken and eggplant curry on Thursdays.  They always have sandwiches, one choice of soup and several salads and it's a good sized portion for a reasonable price. There are 4 bar stools and a counter to eat, but the ambiance is not great (small space) so most people take out the food.
