Cheese Cake Factory in Buckhead is a pretty good place for people watching. Ask to be seated outside in the garden. You will be next to the street, but you'll see all the cruisers and people walking by, which is the point when people watching, right?

 

Food is pretty good, HUGE salads, but the cheese cake is what everybody comes in for. Somewhat overpriced for dessert , but tasty.
