The choices range from breakfast foods, salads, deli, sushi, hot foods to take away or eat in. You can get soft drinks, beers, hot drinks, snacks & sweets, (Although if you are a very early riser the hot breakfast choice is not necessarily available, but there  are plenty of healthy choices to chose from).

The hot self service selection is quite large, you fill carry out containers which are then weighed at the till; cutlery & napkins are available. There is also a self-service fresh fruit bar with various fresh fruits, which are also weighed.
