Jim McCoy's Troubadour Lounge is a wonderful, authentic place to get some great food and listen to good music.  It is decorated with memorabilia from Mr. McCoy's career.  The band doesn't start until 9 PM.  If you're not into a late night, visit during one of the special events.  The special events, about once a month, feature local bands and singers and start after lunchtime.  The special events are outdoors on the lawn in the summer months.  Bring a covered dish and a lawn chair and purchase drinks.  There is an outdoor stage with great sound and a beautiful view of the valley from Highland Ridge.  Details and photos on his website.
