If you choose to fly to Laughlin, you'll arrive in the Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport. There are flights across the country arriving and departing here everyday - you'll likely fly into Vegas first before transferring to a flight into Laughlin. Unless you want to fly to Vegas and then take a bus or drive to Laughlin. If you're planning to stay at one of the casinos in town, check to see if your hotel has a partnership with any of the airlines - sometimes you can get an inclusive rate. If you're feeling especially flush, private airplanes can land here as well.
Once you get here, you can rent a car from one of the agencies at the airport - Avis, Hertz and Rent-a-Car are all here. The Silver Rider is pretty much the only form of public transport in the area. It runs 24 hours a day on Casino Drive.
