Sturbridge is a very safe town. There is hardly any crime here and the locals are all friendly and outgoing individuals. Sturbridge is located in the middle of Massachusetts, away from cities like Boston, Worcestor, and Springfield. The town itself carries the characteristics of any other small town, but there are a lot of tourists who come to the town as well. The only type of crimes that happen in Sturbridge are petty misdemeanors or parking violations. If you do get into any trouble while you are in town, you can call either 911 or the Sturbridge Police Department's local line. Still, you should not encounter any problems while you are visiting here. This is a quaint little town that is great for taking families and small children to. If there were any problems, the tourism would drop off and the economy would suffer. The locals know this, so they do their best to make sure everyone feels safe and welcome.
