- Shakespeare's birthplace house. It is a must see place for all Shakespeare lovers. The house keeps the furniture of the period and visitors can walk around and indulge in someof Shakespeare manuscripts displayed in the house.
- Nash's House, Shakespeare's grandaughter's husband's property stands next to the foundations of New Place, the house bought by Shakespeare in 1597 and where he lived his last years until his death in 1616. The house was demolished in 1759 but the garden remains. Access is via Nash's House which is furnished with period pieces and it includes an exhibition of the history of Stratford-Upon-Avon.
- Anne Hathaway's Cottage in the village of Shottery is Shakespeare's wife's childhood home. It is a truly historic site that dates from the 15th century. The surroundings are gorgeous and the house is not less than impressive. In Shakespeare's time Shottery would have been an independent hamlet but has long since been swallowed up by the urban development of Stratford town.
-In Old Town, one can find Hall's Croft, the former home of Shakespeare's daughter Susannah and her husband, the physician, Dr John Hall. One of Stratford's larger 16th century houses, the upstairs rooms contain a display of medical tools from the Jacobean period.
- Mary Arden's House in Wilmcote is where Shakespeare's mother grew up, it houses the Shakespeare countyside museum.
