One problem that too many people are having is that resorts overbook their rooms. This is a huge problem a lot of popular resorts are having, and there are a couple of ways to avoid it. First off always bring your trip receipts with you, so they can't tell you that you were only booked for four days, when you were really booked for eight. Second, e-mail your resort two weeks before your vacation and ask them for confirmation that you are booked for however long your stay will be. When they confirm print that page out and bring it with you. Third, just to make sure this will not happen to you, call the resort and confirm with them. If there is a problem you can get it fixed before arrival, if your booking receipt (time stayed) matches what their computers have you down for (timed stayed) then you should have no problems. With these three precautionary measures you will never again be told you are being moved, or that your stay was only booked for x amount of days.
