Although we paid a deposit when we arrived all they had left was a more expensive room. We chose the hostel for the free Wi-Fi but the manager told us he couldn't give us the password until the next...more

As with most good hotels in Moscow, this one is pricey but well worth it. The staff was surprisingly nice and helpful (for Russia) and the rooms were impeccable...things like the espresso machine,...more

Horrible service! If you have an option NOT to stay there - don't, avoid this place. The phone in the room immediately went out of order and no one fixed it within 4 days despite multiple complaints....more
