“a Not-To-Be-Missed day in Puerto Rico”

We had a spectacular day at sea! One of us was even a return passenger. Great food, stories of the sea, and dolphins on the return. Ingrid and Bill are fantastic cooks and generous hosts. The boat is comfortable, the water is warm, the island had tons of interesting coral to collect - all of which survived the plane trip home. Any trip back to Puerto Rico would have to include a day on the Erin Go Bragh III.

Captain Bill and Ingrid are wonderful. We had a fantastic day with them. They welcomed us into their home where we were fed a delicious lunch. It turned out to be an absolutely perfect day. If I could have 365 days like that a year I'd be in heaven. The best part of the trip were the whales. That was totally unexpected. If you are in Puerto Rico, you must take a trip on the EGB III.

My wife and are just ending a week long stay in Puerto Rico. Our son told us that a day sail on the Erin Go Broagh was a must. He was right! At first my wife thought I was crazy driving over an hour from San Juan to go on a boat. But once on board she was convinced we did the right thing. Captain Bill and First Mate Ingrid were great. The boat is beautiful and the food was perfect. I highly recommend this trip to anyone. Bill and Ingrid are very accomodating and are perfect hosts.

Our entire family, ranging in age from 64 down to 7, had a wonderful time with Captain Bill. We sailed to Vieques, where we all did scuba diving and had a wonderful barbecue lunch. We would highly recommend a day on the Erin Go Braugh for anyone who loves the sea and sailing.

“My First Sail”

The Erin Go Bragh is a beautiful sailing craft, and her crew is extreamly friendly, intelligent, and knowledgable. If you are looking for a more intimate sailing experience than 50 people on a Cat, then this is the boat to charter. Along with my girlfriend and I there were just three other passangers.

Just to give you an idea as to how knowledgable Capt. Bill is, hearing that there was some inclement weather north of Puerto Rico, Bill decided to sail further south than usual to Vieques
so that we would miss this. The sail was longer then usual, but the weather and conditions for snorkeling were great! We only hit some light rain on the trip back, but we saw the largest and most beautiful rainbow I had ever seen! Futhermore, this was my first time out on a good size sail boat and also my first time snorkeling, so I enjoyed the extra time on the boat. Bill pointed out sights of interest along the way and talked about his life and times in Puerto Rico. He and his wife were wonderful hosts and did everything possible so that we would have a great trip. If you want to help out with the sails and the anchor you can (I did a little), or you can just sit back and enjoy the ride.

The boat itself has a wooden hull and interior, with big tall sails.
It's about 50 feet long, so there was plenty of room for seven people. I even laid out and got some sun. That day they flew the German flag in honor of the three German passengers. A nice touch I thought.

After snorkeing for about 45 minutes, we came back to the boat and had a wonderful lunch of chicken and spare ribs, with a nice salad. There was plenty of good food to eat!

I highly recommend sailing on the Erin Go Bragh. It will be a most memerable and enjoyable experience.
