“You get what you paid for!”

Quality Inn Airport Buffalo

Hmmm... where should I begin. We found this hotel through Hotwire.com and paid $70. The second we walked thru the front door, we knew it was going to be a poor experience. We waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to check us in. No one was around. Barely any parking spots. Snow fell nearly two days ago, but the parking lot was not plowed. Hallways need more lighting, it was very dim. The first time we walked into the room it felt like a sauna. The heat was on HIGH! We had a balcony as part of our room but one of the balcony rails were gone. Judging by the condition of the balcony it appears that the concrete deteriorated and the right side of the whole balcony railing FELL OFF! You could literally go out to the balcony, make a right turn and fall to ground level!! TALK ABOUT SAFETY HAZARD! Now on to the bathroom.... I took a shower and found my feet in a pool of water because of poor drainage. Internet connection is very very flaky. The signal was dropping constantly. The bed was okay but the pillows were small. No fridge, no microwave. Positive feedback.... the hair dryer was nice! My suggestion.... stay at Comfort Suites only a block away. It is the same price and better quality. You pay for what you get!

“Park N Fly”

Staying at this hotel does offer EXCELLENT location to the Buffalo airport. This is a great LOCATION to book a Park N Fly rate if you are looking for a bed to sleep in. Paying around $100 per night is about par for this hotel. The room is worth $60 and parking is worth $40 per week. If you are paying any more for this hotel, stay at ANOTHER location near the airport. Overall, at $100 per night, I got what I paid for.

“Terrible & Disgusting!”

The room we were given had clearly had not been cleaned. There were half drank bottles of water on the bedside tables & on the desk. There was used toothpaste all over the sink, counter & tap. There was a used bar of soap on the counter and hair of some kind in the sink. We did not check in until 11pm; so the hotel had from 11am check out time till 11pm to clean that room! They also ran out of food and coffee at their breakfast counter both mornings. We were not alone in receiving an unclean room as the couple in front of us checking out also had the same complaint. Unfortunately this hotel is a good location but poorly run & managed. This is the 2nd disappointing incident in a month with the Choice Hotels International chain.

Charged 119.00, way over priced for what we got, would never go back.
Unbelievable considering what others paid.
Passing through Buffalo, did not have chance to check reviews before staying, bad mistake.
