I stay here every year and have only had a great experiences. Even this year when we were all settled in our room (at midnight) and found out the our bathroom had no water. The front desk found us another room and brought the luggage carts to help us move. The breakfast is wonderful especially because free, what more could you want. The only problem this year was The Landing Bar and Grill which is the hotels adjoining restaurant and room service. My experience was the worse that I have ever had in my life. Extremely rude staff, slow service and in my case no service at all because they threw out my order and in return received no apology. My advise is for no one to eat there or order the room service when staying in the hotel. I will continue to stay at this hotel on a yearly basis.

It was okay overall. I was kind of expecting more,but overall I guess it was satisfactory.

I am not sure what I was expecting...but I would say it met the requirements, and the 2.5 * rating.

When we checked in, they gave us a room and the door had a 'do not disturb sign' on it. i peeked in anyway and the tv was on and the bed was unmade. so we went back to the front desk and changed it. no problems there... just a little disorganized on their part! our next room was ok... a little musty and dirty carpets... but I guess that was to be expected. The beds were ok. We were facing the back and it was quiet. There was a bright light shining in the room and the curtains couldn't quite close all the way so that was a little annoying.

There is an indoor pool and fitness area, as well as free breakfast. It was more than i expected but the breakfast wasn't so good. i would
just stick to the cold stuff :)

For the price ($42 on hotwire), it was a great deal. I don't think there are any great hotels in Buffalo, but this one would suffice.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for us. Checking in was no problem. The room was clean though just a little cramped for four people to stay. The beds were very comfortable. Even though we were across the street from the airport, we didn't hear a single plane. The AC unit was quiet as well. The shower was working fine. Has complimentary soaps and shampoos. Needed more towels though since we had 4 people but that was not a problem when we requested. The breakfast was good and though we did not use the pool, it looks sanitary and nice. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
