Great hotel, very clean with professional and courteous staff. Will definitely stay here again!!! The only thing issue we faced was the side that our room was located on was directly across the street from a lounge/bar and you can hear the music outside. Other than that, no problems...

While attending a conference at another hotel, I chose to stay at Hampton Inn instead because of reviews I had read on Trip Advisor and because Hampton offers free parking. Having stayed in many Hampton Inns before, I can say without a doubt that this the nicest. Wish my stay had been more than overnight. The wide hallways, enormous, spotlessly clean rooms, friendly staff people and lovely sitting rooms not often found in Hamptoms made me feel like I was at a more high-end Hilton Hotel. My room was totally quiet all night even though the hotel was at near occupancy. Another nice feature, lots of TV channel choices which are limited in many other hotels. Breakfast room lovely -- divided sections for TV watchers and non-TV watchers. Breakfast was typically offered Hampton Inn quality, and more than adequate offerings and very fresh. Didn't have time to do a workout session, but wish I had. Fitness room has decent equipment and looks new!
I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

During a recent work trip to Buffalo, NY, I stayed at the Hampton Inn downtown. I had a very disappointing stay.

The noise from the outside was loud and distracting. I heard everything from people conversing to cars driving up and down the road. Although I asked to be moved to another room, the staff only brought me earplugs, which leads me to believe that they have many complaints about the noise.

When I woke up I found ants all over my room. When I called to let the staff know, they dismissed my concern and said that they would try to clean when they came in later that morning.

On my way out, I took advantage of the breakfast but the room was very small and overly crowded.

I will be sure to stay elsewhere during future trips to Buffalo.

We stayed 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We asked for a room NOT facing Chippewa, so we could sleep and not be bothered by the hootin' and hollerin' on the street until the wee hours of the morning.

The room was lovely -- a "queen" bed (not so sure), with a cozy duvet, spotless bathroom. There was also anothe part of the room with a sofa/pull-out bed, microwave, bar friidge, sink, etc.

There was cookies in the lobby which was a nice touch. A short walk to all the action of downtown Buffalo -- bars, restaurants, cafes, etc.

While the complimentary shuttle to/form the airport is advertised, it is a bit misleading. We got dropped off no problem, but had a bit of a hassle getting picked up upon our return to Buffalo. Luckily, the same friendly guy knew us and agreed to pick us up. He said you can't leave your car for a week in their parking lot for free...even though 2 staff members confirmed it was ok. No harm, the car still had the wheels and side mirrors.

The business centre had a free Internet connection (nice touch) and on-site there was a "Subway", desert place, bar, so in the dead of the Buffalo winter you could survive a famine a few days.,

Would stay again -- for sure!
