Watermark staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Room is great. Spa is wonderful. Hotel guests can use by simply going to the Spa and signing in. Whirlpool, Sauna and Steam room are fabulous. We could have stayed in the hotel the duration of the trip and been completely statisfied. Be sure to go to the Spa at least one time during your stay.

We got pedicures in the Salon, nice but if I were to go again I would get a facial or massage instead. Just going to the Spa was completely worth it.

Checking out was a very simple process you could do it using the TV is you wish.

My wife and I spent a weekend at the Watermark. The hotel is really very nice, and the service was terrific. The staff was super friendly. Our room was very spacious, bright, and quiet. We have been to San Antonio many times, and stayed at many different hotels. I must say that this is one of the nicest hotels on the Riverwalk. Well worth the price.

Recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. It is very nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice espresso maker in the room. Hotel is at a wonderful location and we enjoyed the view of the Riverwalk. The food at the hotel was very good as well. I don't think you would be disappointed with this choice for your visit to San Antonio.

My boyfriend, two cats and I stayed here as night three of our cross country road trip. We had originally booked and arrived at their sister hotel across the river. We were moved across the river to The Watermark after the original hotel informed us that they had overbooked due to a conference that was in town. We were assured that we would be very happy at The Watermark instead and indeed they were correct. We had arrived late in the evening and once we finally got to our room we were thrilled to be walking into a luxurious spa like oasis. The room had a big four poster bed, desk with chairs on both sides, big tv hidden away in a armoire. As well the room had large windows and a balcony with a café size table and chairs, which overlooked the gorgeous river. The bathroom was large with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. I felt for the most part that it was clean except the jets in the Jacuzzi were orange and grimy, which was either because they were old or not cleaned properly. Needless to say I did not use the Jacuzzi.

Due to the fact that we had checked in late we ordered dinner through room service, which they call in room dining. The entire dining experience was superb, a man arrived to our room set the table, center piece and elegant placemats included. The food was excellent and although pricy we were happy to have made the choice. The concierge was very attentive and helped us plan the following day. The next morning on our walk over to the Alamo they sent us off with bottled water and a map, the little touches made this place really speical. I was disappointed that I never had a chance to visit the spa or the rooftop pool but both my boyfriend and I agree that we’ll be back. We loved San Antonio and The Watermark.
