We came to San Antonio from Austin, for a one night getaway.
And after I compared the rest of the other hotels, this one was definately a better choice. Others charged for Breakfast, Internet
and/or Parking. This hotel is an exit down from the Airport, and a block from the North Star Mall. Everything here is Complimentary. From your free Microwave Popcorn to your Internet. We found it cheaper to go through their website, then a discount website.
Basically I have no complaints,The No Smoking rooms are really clean, and don't have any smells,or stains. I have attached a few pics, just Excuse the Mess.
FYI::Try to save your money for the Ripleys Museum across from the Alamo, It's Pricey, but great for the whole family.

I was coming ni for a conference at the Holiday Inn accross the street and I decided to stay here so i could have a kitchen. I also got a great rate online. I didn't expect much , but I came in to find a lovely clean hotel with a large suite and clean kitchen. Also the pool was great (excpect you get the smells from the steak house next door - it's hard to droll & swim at the same time) and the free laundry helped. Breakfast was key! The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars was that when I had to change my length of stay, my rate went up. When I asked why, I was told that it was because I had previously a discounted 7-day rate, which I in fact didn't have because my discounted rate jumped up $35 for the weekend. When I showed up, the rate that was quoted bumped up by an additional $10. Thankfully, I ran into the person at the front desk I spoke to over the phone and he remembered me and changed my rate back. I'd stay here again if I needed to be at the airport area or if I had a car.

We stayed at the staybridge last month for three days and found it to be a convenient, comfortable and enjoyable hotel. You can choose from two room styles, one has a sitting area and seperate bedroom, the other is a large studio. We stayed in the studio, which was very spacious. The hotel has marble/granite throughout and is decorated nicely. The best part of our stay was enjoying all the amenities the hotel offers: business center, free breakfast, great pool, work out facility and free washer/dryer. The only thing that was slightly concerning was that the couch and chair in the room could have stood to be a bit cleaner (I am hoping that this was a fluke.)

This hotel is a great value for the money.
