For the money it's ok. The bed is stiff, the carpet stained, cigarette burns on the bed spread. The place is cell block like.
For the money it's acceptable. It's not in the greatest neighborhood. The room was clean, the tv worked and the internet access was excellent. There is a kitchenette with pots and pans. The Hotel is easy to get to just off exit 162 on I-16. There is a grocery store across the street.

The Hotel is acceptable. There is no pool or exercise room. It's a good deal for the money. I wouldn't stay there for more than a few days. The hotel is within the federal per diem rate.
