Stayed there for 4 days(2/13 -2/17), and there's two days they don't have hot waters. So I couldn't take shower. Called front desk, and they said "I had nothing to do right now."
The room is very small and old.
They claim that they provide "100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you're not satisfied, we won't charge your room." So I'm trying to get at least two days refund of my stay, but the front desk said I have to talk to supervisor. Called several time, supervisor was either not there, or take the day off. It's very hard to find the supervisor.
