Second time at this hotel. This time I arrived at the last minute due to a flight cancellation. Took a free shuttle from the airport. Anthony at the front desk, was extremely helpful, offering us toiletries for use since our luggage was at the airport. Got rooms on the Marriott Rewards floor with access to the lounge. William was at the bar, a wonderful gentleman, so hospitable and such a good host. Rooms are up to date, great amenities. I do wish the internet was free. How does Holiday Inn Express provide free Wi-Fi when the luxury brands cannot? Great view of the runway, also. Love this hotel.

I was there with a group of about 90 people for three days of seminars. The room was comfortable, though I could not quite get the temperature right, the bed was excellent and there were enough pillows for a small army to bed down for a night.
The bathroom was serviceable, nothing special, but clean and orderly.
The house keeping was perfect, the room was spotless.
The food served at the seminars was very good; I didn't eat at the restaurant so I cannot say anything about that. The dinner served at the main banquet was quite good.
The view from the airport side of the hotel was nice, views of the planes taking off and landing. From the other side there is a distant view of the city of Atlanta.
Surprisingly, considering the hotel is literally alongside a runway, the noise of the planes was not at all intrusive.
I didn’t get a chance to use the athletic facilities but the people I spoke with said they were quite good.

GREAT place, top to bottom. Clean, spacious rooms. Good staff that knows what they are doing. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price with good berries, coffee, pancakes and eggs to order. Well done! Biggest plus - the rooms with a view of the airport. City view is fine, but the airport view is fantastic! Sound proofed wall-to-wall-to-ceiling window overlooking the runways! Sit on your balcony and watch the planes taking-off and landing, on the taxi ways, being towed. This is even better than when you were a kid and got to sit at the windows of the airport and watch the planes. It is so cool you want to build a house next to the airport with the same glass and porch. If you have kids, or you still have some kid left in you, you will love it here. (It is a kid friendly hotel too - don't leave them at home.)

Booked through Priceline for $55 a night and must say WOW!! what a great hotel.

We arrived late and tired from the Atlanta airport but Wayne the shuttle bus driver was pleasant as can be. He empathized with our lost luggage and gave us the name of the airline manager to call the next morning.

Upon arrival the front desk was most friendly and although 12:45 and room service closing at 1am, he ensured us we would get a good meal before we went to sleep.
The room service was superb and they even gave us a late check out to let us sleep in.

A great hotel and a great staff. I would stay again and pay full price for that kind of service.
