Booked through Priceline for $55 a night and must say WOW!! what a great hotel.

We arrived late and tired from the Atlanta airport but Wayne the shuttle bus driver was pleasant as can be. He empathized with our lost luggage and gave us the name of the airline manager to call the next morning.

Upon arrival the front desk was most friendly and although 12:45 and room service closing at 1am, he ensured us we would get a good meal before we went to sleep.
The room service was superb and they even gave us a late check out to let us sleep in.

A great hotel and a great staff. I would stay again and pay full price for that kind of service.

I stayed at this hotel in August and again last week. I like Marriott hotels because they are consistently good and I love the beds. This hotel has a WOW factor - the amazing runway views on that side of the hotel. Sure there is a little extra noise but the windows block most of it and there are no flights during the night. If you stay at this hotel I highly recommend the runway side.

Stayed there recently for two nights while attending a conference on-site. Paid $90 a night + tax (conference rate). Ok hotel room with double queen bed, NO microwave or fridge. Hotel only has vending machine in gym - no pantry items.

Hotel staff was friendly. Location was convenient (10mins shuttle from ATL airport). Hotel has on-site restaurant but limited fast-food joints and sit-down restaurants within 10mins from the hotel. Free shuttle to airport.

We ate at the hotel most days (conference includes all meals) and the catering was great. Menu was quite healthy as well. Adequate conference facilities (we'd about 300ppl there)

Wi-Fi in the lobby is free but in-room access cost over $10 a day.

Nice place business travelers or those just looking for a place to sleep & shower.

The Renaissance Concourse is a nice hotel within a five minute drive from Atlanta Heartsfield Airport. The entrance is pretty special with its floor to roof atrium. Check in went swiftly and the attendant was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. I had a "city" view but couldn't see the city from my 5th floor room, but really didn't need to have a view as I was tired and there only because all flights had been cancelled into DFW due to storms. I could sometimes hear airplanes taking off while watching tv, but didn't hear any when going to sleep and none woke me up. The room was average size, spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and clean.

I will continue my harping here about hotels, particularly hotels that cater to business travelers, that don't have wireless internet, preferably free. The Renaissance does not have wireless. They do have cable and it was sufficiently fast, but they charged for it, about $14.00 a day. If you cater to business travelers, it should be wireless and it should be free.

Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with good service.
