We chose this hotel because it's close to the airport and offered a "Park And Stay" package. Next time, we'll park and stay somewhere else. The hotel seems to have two different room areas - one with interior access rooms and one where you have to go outside to access your room. We, unfortunately, were booked in an exterior access room.

We had problems with a few things:
1. No cold water in the sink faucet. Only scalding.
2. The carpet outside the bathroom was wet, WET. ew.
3. It took us two hours to get one reuben sandwich in their restaurant.
4. Musty smell throughout the room
5. Noisy, inefficient air conditioner
6. No coffee for in-room coffeemaker. Usually, this wouldn't be a big deal, but it was just another thing that went wrong.

Things that weren't so bad:
1. The bed was relatively comfortable. No springs poking us and it didn't create a mattress taco when we laid down.
2. Shower pressure was good and had hot and cold water.
3. Didn't get robbed at gunpoint and "hopefully" our car will be there when we get back. What can we say - we're optimists.

Overall, very grimy, rundown and understaffed. The shuttle in the A.M was on schedule but there were so many people waiting that there wasn't enough room for everyone. Just don't stay here if you don't have to.

Very dirty rooms, with trash from other guest. The hotel in overall is very bad kept. i found spider webs and visible dirt behind my little double bed. I would not stay here again. and I recomend you Believe the reviews posted here. I read them and hoped it would not happen to me. IT DID. very unpleseant.

The room was fine. Clean, secure, comfortable. And it has a fridge in the room. No problems at all. If you need the airport shuttle to catch your flight, make sure you get down there way early, especially in the very early morning. There are sometimes dozens of people waiting and it's hard to get on. We didn't have this problem when returning to airport at other times of day. Shuttle is pretty frequent, about every 20 min, but just make sure you leave early!

Hotel website appears nice & the lobby is. However the hotel turned out to be a motel with much transient walking traffic in poorly lit walkways. After a run in with some colorful characters, I barricaded my door so I could try to sleep.
