When we arrived in our room, there was cold coffee still in the coffee maker from the previous guests. There was a big black hair on the sheets which caused me to wonder whether the sheets had been changed. When we booked the reservation, the woman told us she had "a" cat. There were actually seven cats. Nobody offered to help us carry our luggage down the stairs. Not cool.
