My experience at the Wingate exceeded my expectations in every way! I see why it is rated the #1 hotel in Atlanta by TripAdvisor. We were there attending a music conference and will never stay at any other hotel. The rooms had nice hardwood floors, the beds were soooooo comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was far above the normal "continental" offered by most hotels its size. My friend and I never felt the need to have breakfast anywhere else. With all the amenities, you would have thought this was much larger and presigious hotel. They even have 2 limos and 2 state-of-the-art SUVs to shuttle hotel guests. My only regret is we did not get a chance to work out in the fitness gym, swim in the pool, or lounge in the hot tub. Now, they are owned by Wyndam Hotels. It will probably just get even better, if that is possible. :-) Hightly recommended! Stay there and enjoy.

Excellent hotel, the was the highest price place we stayed during our trip and by far one the the best. Clean rooms nice view, the free beakest was awesome, they have a chef making you omlettes right in front of you.

My boyfriend was working in Atlanta, so I went down to meet him and see the comedian Jeff Dunham perform. Normally I wouldnt post a review but the Buckhead Wingate just blew me away. To start the location was near everything in buckhead including Roy's and Buckhead dinner which we dined at. The building itself really doesnt do the place justice as the room was incredible. I felt like I was in some exotic location since the the room had bamboo floors, a pencil post bed with cotton canopy and both a large shower and jacuzzi tub. They had a very fun and nice bar downstairs that we spent time at watching the basketball tournament. But really the best thing about the hotel was the people. The staff including the guest services manager, Anthony, went out of the way to provide everything we needed. They actually had a big discussion on the the best way to get to the show and printed out several sets of directions (thank god!!!). I really cannot express how great they were and what a great place this was to stay.

We stayed at the Wingate for 5 days and we were truly delighted with the service.
It was four of us, two adults and two kids (ages 4 and 7). The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, our rooms were well cleaned and beautiful. The attention to details really make you want to come back here to stay again. The children loved the free limo service that was available for use within Buckhead. We made use of the cappuccino machine that made wonderful lattes, coffee, etc. 24 hours a day, and we all enjoyed the cookies in the afternoons, and not to forget the great waffles in the morning for breakfast.
The rooms were spacious and the shower was heavenly. We stayed in a king bedroom suite, which is worth the money.
We advise anyone staying in Atlanta to stay at this Wingate. Thanks again to the front desk staff and to Anthony -the manager.
