Roomy suite, but couldn't close doors to bedroom and bathroom at same time. Stained window drapes took away from the plain, but otherwise clean room, very heavy with room deoderizer. When no one picked up the phone at the front desk when I tried to leave a morning wake up call, I walked there and found the attendant on the porch smoking, as the phone continued to ring at the desk while other parties tried calling. She told me the wake up service was "down", and to set my clock radio, because the staff might be "doing paperwork", and not paying attention to wake up call requests. The bed was comfortable, but constant noise from planes overhead kept me up for a very long time. Morning in the lobby found the previous airport shuttle passengers still waiting on their late driver. To her credit, they were put in a cab by the desk attendant, and we ended up taking their late shuttle, which arrived a few minutes later, after wondering if that one or the one scheduled to arrive on the next hour, (which was the one we had planned to take), would be there on time. The fly/shuttle price was reasonable, but I will look for a different hotel next time, such as the less expensive, new Fairfield Inn, in East Point, about a mile from the airport , which doesn't charge extra for the park/fly program.

Hotel wasn't too bad, it is located close to a few bad neighborhoods. I asked for directions to the closest store from the front desk clerk, and she sent me into a pretty rough area just down from the hotel. There aren't many areas to eat around the hotel and it is quite a jog to downtown. The hotel itself could have been a little cleaner. Probably the best feature at the hotel was the breakfast. They had a pretty nice spread every morning. To give the hotel a letter grade "C".

I found the staff, decor and rooms to be very comfortable and quite pleasing for the price. The expanded breakfast had lots of options. The fitness room was a bit old and the equipment was tempermental at best. The free WiFi is a plus but I found it difficult at times to have an adequate signal, even after trying various lounge areas in addition to my room. Generally, the staff is very helpful and eager to assist. I would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel on 4/21 after a drive from Florida and caught a flight to Central America the next morning. I thought the hotel appeared clean which is the most important thing to me when staying in a hotel. The desk clerk who checked us in was very pleasant and profesional. We chose the park and fly option and left the truck there for 7 nights without a problem. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and runs frequently - I don't remember the schedule, but I think it was around $130 with tax. Make sure you know exactly where to pick up the shuttle when you return, that was the only glitch we had. There are many restaurants in the area. There is also a small indoor pool which is nice. The hotel breakfast was actually pretty good with things like hard boiled eggs, a waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, muffins, etc. I did not have a problem with airplane noise, but I also take earplugs and run the A/C in hotels.
