We stayed at the Westin Buckhead for a wedding. My husband had some health concerns and the hotel staff was immediately responsive to our needs both in our room and at the wedding itself. The banquet staff at the wedding was AWESOME.

The only drawback the hotel has is that it has only one restaurant which happens to be one of the most expensive around. BUT their food is deliicious delicious delicious.

Because it is conveniently located across the street from Lenox Mall you can literally run across the street and get something to eat from the very good restaurants and/or the food court at Lenox mall.

I would def stay there again.

Stayed at the Westin Hotel in Buckhead Atlanta for 3 nights in July 2007 for a conference. This hotel knows how to cater to its customers. The service of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel are top notch! The hotel's courtesy shuttle was also a very convenient feature for going to restaurants at night. The hotel is located right next to Lenox Square for shopping. You can't beat the Westin in Buckhead when it comes to service!!

The Westin Buckhead is great. Great location - across from great shopping mall and restaurants. Buckhead is a great area a little outside downtown Altalanta. Starwood Lounge excellent with snacks etc - you know the drill. Wonderfull room and large bathroom. We stayed here for 3 nigths and hope to return. Atlanta was a big positive surprise and very kid and family friendly. CNN, Aquarium and Coca-Cola within walking distance of each other. Clean city and clearly the CITY in the South. A must-visit city if you are in the South.

Stayed here on July 8 for the first night of our honeymoon. (Break up the 2 hr cross-country + 4 hr Int'l flight). It was a Sunday night, and the staff told us very slow. As a result, we got the best deal ever! I booked through Starwood on a cash plus points deal. $60 + 4000 starwood points. Upon check in, I asked if there were any upgraded rooms available. The front desk upgraded us to a corner room on the 8th fl, without us saying a word about the honeymoon. The corner room was bigger and had a pretty view of Buckhead. The bathroom had a shelf behind the sink plenty big enough for a vanity. Room was well-appointed, and did not look old or outdated.

We rode MARTA from the airport. The station is only 2-3 blocks from the front door of the hotel. No problem, even with two huge roller bags. Kevin, the "transportation director" shuttled us around in Westin courtesy car to Target for supplies, and then to a local joint, Bajaritos for some fish tacos. He treated us great! We were hot and tired from walking the Botanical Gardens (recommended!!!), so we skipped doing Chops for dinner that night. At $20 for dinner and $60 for the room, I think we got the best deal in the history of Buckhead.
