I have stayed at this hotel twice as part of a road trip since it is pet friendly.
I would stay here again since it is one of the nicer hotels on the south part of Atlanta.
The beds were the upgraded Hilton beds, very comfy. The rest of the room was fine, but there is not great attention to detail here-- the upholstery on the chairs was dirty, the drawer on the dresser had been wedged shut with bit of paper, but kept opening into the room.
Also, the bathrooms are sorely outdated. They were adequate, but older fixtures, and not much counter space.
I stayed on the Executive floor, but the lounge was not on the same floor, and the floor was not locked access.
Self Parking was $9.00, seemed a bit high.
But, this is the best pet friendly option in south Atlanta, so I would stay here again, until something better comes along.

Due to an unexpected layover in Atlanta, I spent one night at this hotel. The room was beautiful, all staff very friendly and hospitable, great bar on site, business center, and even a shuttle to the airport and nearby restaurants! I had no luggage as well and they provided some basics items and their gift shop had the rest! A++++++

Overnight stay in January,check in/out was a breeze,room was fine,price of $114 made it all the better,fitness center was in very good shape and pool looked OK.Recommended for an overnight stay if your tastes/wallet are a little higher than competition.

We stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights over the weekend of Feb 15.

Here are the pluses:
* $64/night on Hotwire... a great bargain
* Every request was honored, such as bringing up a portable crib and assigning adjoining rooms
* Extremely comfortable beds and linens
* Every staff member was polite, helpful, and kind

Negatives:
* $9/day Charge for Parking
* Older fixtures and bathrooms need updating
* I ordered "spinach cheese dip" from room service and it was TERRIBLE!
* No free internet in the rooms. It is available in the lobby for free, but with a one-year-old along, I never went down to use it.

To sum up, the stay was worth the price we paid, but I'd never pay full price here. The Hilton is just too large to be a true 4 star hotel, in my opinion, and the same goes for the Hilton Towers in Chicago. However, it is a very nice place and quite comfortable for a weekend stay.
