I'm Starwood Plat and got put on the SPG floor. Free water is nice but the room smells bad. I think they had a flood at some point and never got it fried out. Musty and moldy smell. Tears in the carpet. Chips in the paint on the door trimming. Gym had no clean towels and no TV. Not a bad property but the smell is bad.

The hotel is situated just a minutes walk outside of Harvard. For somebody visiting Cambridge, not necessarily Boston, the location cant be beat. As for the hotel itself, it is very nice and seems to have been updated fairly recently. The rooms were clean and comfortable with usual Sheraton beds. My only real complaint is the lack of security. We returned to the hotel after 1 with nobody manning the lobby, would have been nice to see somebody at the desk. All in all a pleasent experience and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Overall, this is a nine hotel, with great architecture, and nice rooms (stayed on the executive floor). I found that the rooms were tastefully decorated, and emanated New England charm.

Excellent bed, very comfortable!

Only thing is the location, unless you have business in the vicinity, it's not convenient.

the hotel is nice with a friendly staff and the rooms were comfortable. it is also a nice, quiet area.
it is in a nice location but you need to walk a little bit to get to any restuarants or stores.
there is a resturant on site but you need to ask at the desk for a breakfast coupon. room service (dinner) wasn't too bad.
parking is $25 a day - not bad and the attendants are very helpful.
cab fare from the airport is around $30
