I am regular to this place and have noticed that same room was allotted in different price.consecutive I had stay for two Wednesdays with my boyfriend.front desk asked for extra money.If you charge on credit card it will be cheaper for you.otherwise you have to pay extra in cash.Dont pay in cash.Also don’t forget to crab your change as staff is not honest to return money but expert in putting money in their pockets.BE CAREFUL

We were a bit nervous at first when we saw the thick glass separating us from the clerk at the desk to check in but I have to say our room was very clean but very small. A bit close for all 3 of us especially when we added the roll away for my 11 year old daughter.
We walked to the subway and felt not too worried it is through a tidy little neighborhood. This place would be ideal if you are driving as the front desk looks out into the parking garage so your car is observable from the lobby. We were ok with the place for an economical place to stay in Brooklyn. Food is not nearby however like it is in Manhattan and it is hard to get a cab there so you need to get a car service or walk to the subway aprox 3 blocks. Not a problem for us.

A total disaster in every way. Rude staff, small rooms, sheets don't fit, internet out of service, cold coffee machine ($2 for tiny cup) in lobby, (out of order one day), our reserved room with 2 beds not available on check-in. Worst hotel experience of a lifetime!

I was very apprehensive having read some of the reviews on TripAdvisor about the neighborhood, but that industrial area is on the one side of the property we never accessed driving or walking to the subway. In fact, the 10 minute walk to the subway is through a beautiful Brooklyn neighborhood of brownstone homes with landscaped small yards that are extremely well taken care of. There were always very well dressed families out walking around. If you want to experience the quaintness of Brooklyn, here it is. In this neighborhood is everything you need: several cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, cleaners, etc. The Inn itself is immaculate (even though the room is very small, it was manageable with 3 people and 4 suitcases!), the staff readily helpful and parking was very secure. The value is amazing! I would definitely try to stay there the next time we visit New York!
