This BB is worth staying at.
The staff was attentive and knowledgeable of all the hotspots to visit.
The rooms in the main house are more elegant than the ones in the attached building but those are still nice and they all have their own balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard with fountain.
I cannot fail to mention the FULL breakfast - not just bagels and cereal - it was delicious. Every morning something different to eat with a southern flair. Also, a free street parking pass was given to us here for our car.

My husband and I made a quick trip to Savannah while in Georgia on a business trip. We stayed in the Lindsey room on the 3rd floor of the main house. Our room was beautiful and the bed was GREAT! We felt as if we were staying in a family member's home....safe, quite and relaxing. Sally at the front desk did a WONDERFUL job of answering our questions about the area, restaurants, tours, etc. We met such wonderful people while staying at the Inn. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Eliza Thompson House in the future! Savannah is a charming and historic city! Wish we would have had time to eat at the Pink House and see more sites. Take the evening historic/haunted horse and carriage tour if you have time!
