“Clean & comfortable”

Best Inn Baltimore

Nov 7, 2006

This was above average, clean rooms comfortable bed. When I got in the room there were a few blown light bulbs, I called to the front desk and there was someone there within 10min to replace and bring extra towels for us. I did see they had continental breakfast but we had plans with family for breakfast. Lobby area was nice & clean, We never heard any noise from any other rooms. Ample parking and close to town. I booked a non smoking room and it was non smoking. Much better experience here than at the Days Inn we were at last year. $75/night was great price. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

“Great value”

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in June because of its very convenient location to relatives in Baltimore. The price of $66 a night was a huge bonus. The area is commerical/industrial, but not a bad part of town, and it is only about ½ mile from I-95. I was travelling with my elderly mother and felt no concern at all returning to the hotel late at night. I did notice that the hotel seemed to be a venue for parties of young people, but it appeared to me that the party rooms were away from guest rooms. In any case, we were not disturbed and we were there on both a Friday and Saturday night. The room was typical of an average hotel; two queen beds, table and chairs, TV and dresser, stocked bathroom. it was clean. The continental breakfast was kind of pitiful, but there was a refrigerator in our room which we stocked with juice and milk, so we made our own breakfast and got our coffee and bagels from the hotel. For the price this hotel is just fine.

“Bad experience”

Stayed in the hotel the night before taking a cruise from the Port of Baltimore. The room was very noisy. People were in and out of the adjoining room all night long. Kids were running the halls all night long and slamming doors. Was the worst experience staying in a hotel I've ever had. Will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anybody. I felt afraid to go out of the room once we were in. It is located in a bad section of town, and had trouble finding it in the first place.

“The Best Inn is the Best Deal in Baltimore”

Best Inn Baltimore

My buddy and I were looking forward to going to Baltimore on a Saturday to see a baseball game at Camden Yards. We got the tickets but realized later it was the Preakness weekend, meaning the hotels in the Inner Harbor were $350 and up.

I'm telling you, for $77 with tax, you can't beat this place. Especially if you're just sleeping in your room. The area is not great by any means, but if you can block out your surroundings, the Best in is the Best Deal around. It is close to the highway, the people were friendly, a chirping smoke detector was fixed immediately, the room was clean, it had a fridge, and the beds were brand new pillowtop mattresses (and comfortable).

I would highly recommend the Best Inn for a bunch of guys who don't need anything fancy, just a decent place to crash. Seems like anything goes there too, which is what this country is all about.

“Not bad at all”

After researching for days and nearly fainting at the prices of hotels in the Harbor area we decided to stay at the Best Inn on February 19, 2005. We weren't expecting much, we just wanted a clean, reasonably priced hotel to sleep in after a long day at the Harbor. That's exactly what we got. This hotel is NOT fancy, the continental breakfast is...well, not... but our room was clean, it smelled very fresh, had a small fridge, and it was quiet up on the 5th floor. I think this hotel is a lot nicer than the ones down at the harbor (from what I've read about some of them anyway!) and it wasn't hard to find our way to the downtown area. I'm sure we'll stay here again.
