I was taking a break from classes at the Javitz Convention Center when I realized how the light was hitting the pillars (air conditioning vents?). I was amazed at the effect the light was having on them, so had to grab this shot! I then realized that there was so many "little things" that not many people stop and see, so in addition to all the touristy type photos, I tried to take photos that not many would normally take.

New York City is fantastic. It's really great.

New York Citi is nice and busy and it is a great city to visit.

We just returned from a trip to New York city for New Years and absolutely enjoyed it. Travel by foot is the easiest way to get around New York. Attractions are as diverse as your taste and no long a period of time is sufficient to absorb the ecclectic palate New York has to offer. We basically travelled around, visited various attractions and ate at the many locations laid out all across Manhattan. I have included a few pictures from our trip and I hope they prove helpful.
