You couldn't ask for a better location, unless you want to be right by the beach. It's literally in the heart of downtown, on the main drag. As for the hostel itself, if you want somewhere lively and noisy, this is the place. If you want a quiet place where you can rest in a nice comfy room, it's really not. But we loved it. Our private room was very poky and didn't even really have a window, the beds creaked and it smelled a bit but if you're hostelling the rooms aren't that important. It's a cheap and fun place to stay, the staff are laid back but friendly, there's always something going on, it's decorated brilliantly like a little village. The bathrooms are fine but a bit dark and some of the showers didn't work but you can always find one that does. Parking isn't easy but that's what you get for such a great location.
