room was dirty. the remote didn't work, the fridge was so iced over the door wouldn't close. when i called for assistance it took over 24 hours. the ad said it was close to everything the only thing it is near is fenway park. parking was very expensive , was told they had parking not told parking was paid. if you moved your car after paying for the entire stay, you might not have a space when you got back. so, you are forced to either use mass transit or a cab to go anywhere..
