I am finding more and more that the Hilton chain is also inconsistent. Some of them look great and treat you well. I stayed at this one only to try a new hotel in Boston after the Langham and the Westin Waterfront.
This hotel was bland and unexciting. Although the staff do treat you nicely and try to remember your name (appreciated), the room (two doubles) was small and there was no view and did not have a "nice hotel" feel to it. I suppose it may be too much to ask a downtown hotel.
There seemed to be many "priceline" guests, and so though it is in a business district, the clientele seemed less businesslike.
The Langham around the corner had more of an upscale feel to it.
Adequate, but I probably would either go back to the Langham or try something else.
