Booked on Priceline for a very reasonable $99 plus taxes.
Upon arriving we thought it would be a perfect overnight experience. As the hotel lobby was nice and it was away from the hustle of the airport despite the location near it. We were very tired from a day of traveling with 2 young children. My husband ordered take out from the restaurant which was WAY overpriced for what they served ($35 + per entree) and the entree came with nothing else. What do they think they are??? Capital Grille? I mean it's an airport hotel so we definitely felt like they were taking advantage of the in house guests.
The room walls were paper thin. We heard the woman next door with her TV blasting, then on the phone. We heard her entire conversation and she wasn't really that loud. If she coughed, we heard it. Not exactly the kind of insulation I'd expect from an airport hotel. The staff did respond to our pleas of help only after my husband got out of bed and went to the desk. They did not answer our initial phone calls.
Needless to say, we left more tired than rested. If you are just looking for convenience and not a place to eat or rest, the Hyatt Harborside is your place.
