The Hyatt Harbourside is located near the airport and offer a wonderful view of Boston's skyline or of the airport. In either case, it's a fantastic view. There is a free and very efficient shuttle service from/to the airport.
The lobby offer a great view of the city's skyline. The check-in was courteous and quick, but not more (not especially friendly). I received the room type I had reserved (Sheraton doesn't always do that).
At check in I requested to receive the Wall Street Journal instead of the content free (!) USA Today. I was told no problem. But of course the next day I received the USA Today. When I went back to front desk to ask for a WSJ, they told me that they don't carry it at all in the hotel, except at the gift shop !
Room was spacious, clean and very well decorated. Bed was confortable. The view of the airport was fantastic and strangely enough no noise from airport was heard in the room.
The meeting facilities are modern and confortable, but Intenet access that you buy in the room doesn't work in the meeting room ! Very disappointing.
Of course, in term of location you have to be aware that there is nothing around since you are on airport ground. The easy solution is to go downtown using water taxi (17$ round trip).
So a very nice, modern, confortable and up-to-the-standard hotel, but with a few minor glitches. The Intenet one though is hard to swallow.
