We stayed at this hotel in March It is a converted jail, and we felt like we were in jail after 3 days. First, one freezing cold day, they did some type of evaluation of the ventilation system. No power, all the windows wide open, no elevators -- we stayed in the lobby for 2 hrs shivering. This should have been done prior to opening in January, not while paying guests were "stuck" right at dinner time. They charged daily - $10 per day - for the wireless, but it only worked a few hours total. No one in the hotel could tell us how to connect. The business center was totally down as well. The TV did not work the entire time we were there -- once we thought it was working, ordered a pay for view and it went out. We asked for consideration on the bill but were flatly and rudely turned down. The food in the restaurant, Clink, was overpriced and not very good. We knew they were new, so we tried to give them another chance, (it is very close to relatives in Boston) but this too was a disaster. We have stayed all over the world and this was one of the worst -- too bad, as it could have potential but the management is horrible.
