I just called the phone number for this hostel since I was very intersested in their advertised cheap rates. When they answered the phone, I merely asked if the $29.99 was per person or for a room. They briskly said per room and as I continued to question if this was per person in a room ( as in how many beds) he rudely cut me off and in a demeaning tone lectured me on how I should call back when I knew what I wanted because he was very very busy the proceeded to hang up before I could respond. I talked to him for a total of maybe 10 seconds. So I swallowed my pride and called back and as soon as he said hello (very rudely too) I quickly asked if they had any available rooms in July. He yelled no and hung up on me again immediately. Aren't hostels, no matter how cheap, still in business only to serve their customers?!?
