We were treating our mother to a cruise and decided to stay here pre-cruise as it was convenient to the airport. A little expensive for my taste, but this was vacation and for the hotel class and convenience not badly priced - $220 for 3 people. Very, very comfortable beds and pillows, excellent linens. Clean modern room though a bit small. Safe and secure premises. Free airport shuttle, even at midnight. Friendly efficient staff.

Did not like: paying for internet, too little coffee in the room, no continental breakfast.

We stayed here for a two day visit to Boston, before flying from the airport. The airport is only 3 miles from the city and the hotel runs a free shuttle to the subway, so access was easy. We stayed in a high room (9th floor) and had fabulous views from the room. We booked and were given an early check in. The hotel bar was OK for food and you get the usual Hilton standards, so we were perfectly happy with the stay.

There was a dog barking near my room--on my floor--on and off from before 11pm until well past midnight. Repeated calls the the front desk and management did no good. It seems they sent someone to "check", who stuck their head off the elevator and went back downstairs. All they had to do was stick around for 10 minutes but no, that was asking too much. And I did ask--repeatedly. With an early morning flight, this was most unwelcome.

To add insult to injury, when I complained to the manager in the morning he suggested I made the whole thing up to get a discount on my bill. Yeah, right. Even it it was my nickel (it was my employer's) I'd much rather get some sleep than get a discount. This was not the first time a Hilton family hotel has demonstrated a complete disregard for customers' sleep, BTW; it seems to "run in the family".

When we checked in, the guy at the front desk greeted me by name, noted my Hilton diamond status... VERY professional... if only other hotels could be half this professional...

We went to our excellent room (1057) which has a great view of the airport (although you can't hear a sound) and Boston Harbor beyond...

Then we made a trip to the concierge lounge... excellent... the lounge, the drinks... the food... excellent!!

All-in-all, this is a great hotel... as for airport Hiltons... this is by far the best so far!!!
