I am an Hhonors Diamond member, and get great treatment from Hilton properties. Not here! I got a little room across from the ice machine, no drinks in the Executive Lounge, $14.95 a day wi-fi connection fee (cellular modem doesn't work in this hotel), and to top it off, I asked for a breakfast coupon, since none were enclosed in our envelope. I was told if I wanted breakfast, I had better pay for it! As a "courtesy" after raising a fuss, I was given a coupon for one day, and told that was it!

Breakfast was awful!

I love Hilton properties, but will make sure I never stay here again!

“Very nice airport hotel”

We stayed here on a Friday night in late March, two couples in two rooms. Thanks to its direct bridge connection to the airport, this Hilton is an excellent location for an overnight stay near the airport -- and with the free shuttle to the airport subway station, it's also conveniently located for sightseeing trips into the city. We got a very good price the night we stayed, and thought about staying here again the following weekend but the price had more than doubled; it's an excellent $150 hotel but not worth $350!

The rooms are modern, well furnished and clean, and those on the city side have a nice view of downtown. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. On-site food choices are somewhat limited and a bit pricey, but the bar is quite nice and you can get morning coffee and pastries in the lobby.

I got a good deal ($100 per night) on this hotel via on-line booking. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. It is within easy walking distance from many airport terminals even if you have a moderate amount of luggage and saved me from having to get up early and then grab a cab to the airport. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed here for one night on friday february 29, 2008. We had an early flight out of Boston. We made parking reservations at thrifty. they refused to honor our reservation and we asked the hotel if they had the park and fly package available. They were full..but they did give us a list of parking lots where we could park and gave us a good recommendation. We asked for two rooms on a high floor...they gave us floor 8. we were rooms 830 and 831. The hallways were nicely appointed. The rooms were your standard business class 4 star hotel, which was nice. It had a nice plasma tv in it and the beds were comfortable. the shower was nice, good toiletries...nice furniture...rooms were a bit small but that was okay. the staff was fine too. we awoke in the morning to snow and feared the worst but everything was fine except for a small delay out of boston due to deicing the plane. the shuttle came promptly to take us to terminal B (American Airlines). When we arrived there was a huge line..but the bus driver got us a luggage cart and pushed our luggage to the very front of the line, where some of us could wait for it while the remaining people in our party stood in line. that was very nice not to have t o wheel 12 bags around through a line. Overall the hilton is an excellent hotel...we will use it again.....there is also a pool and a gym and a hot tub.

“Convenient, clean and comfortable”

Hilton Boston Logan Airport

Last minute booking with no problems. The hotel is right at the Boston Logan Airport and can be accessed from the gates by walkway. I came into Terminal B and it was about a 10 minute walk, all indoors through walkways and through Terminal A, and it was not difficult to find. It appears to be new. Although it is it at the airport, I did not hear a single jet take off or land, which I was concerned about when I booked.

Check in was quick and easy (I came in at 11:00 and there were only a couple people waiting at the check in desk) and the assistant at the front desk was pleasant. The room was a good size, very clean and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the HD television and HD Channels. I also liked the night light in the bathroom, of which I had not seen a similar one before. It was its own "outlet" and gave off a very low blue glow when the light was turned off - not bright enough to be seen in the bedroom, and just light enough to let you see the floor as you walked into the bathroom in the middle of the night, so that you could easily find the light switch without banging a toe, or worse.

My view was of the road coming into the airport, but I wasn't looking for a good view given my limited time there. It looked like there were potential for some nice views of the harbor from other rooms. The lobby is large and well appointed, and we used a conference room that was clean, well appointed and had convenient power plug ins for computers located within the tables and out of the way.

The only negative I have about the hotel is that you have to pay for the wireless internet connection. I personally believe that today all hotels, and particularly hotels catering to business people, should not only have wireless internect connection, but it should free (at least build it into the cost of the room).

One last positive. I had to cancel my second night stay and check out about 15 minutes after noon. The hotel did not charge me for the second night or charge a late cancellation fee without me asking. I really do appreciate that and I consider that good service.
