Join HHonors before you visit...they'll treat you like family! It's nice to be greated by name when you call the desk. The room was clean. Not Hilton-clean...but clean. The suite was quite large. We loved the HiDef widescreen TV in the living room, and the kids loved the video games ($6.95 per hour). The view wasn't much, but no big deal...we were there to sightsee not stare out our hotel window. The free shuttle was fine, just make sure you plan your activites the day before because you need to reserve the shuttle for your destination. Staff very helpful, especially concierge. The warm cookies were yummy, and the kids both received a neat backpack full of activites at check-in. Room service was good, as was both on-site restaurants we sampled. A bit pricey for this middle-income family of four, but nothing unexpected. Sadly, there was no dining choices within walking distance of this hotel that we found. The river borders one side, a large industrial site the other. Walking anywhere was a bit intimidating. Parking was convienent other than not being able to access the 2nd floor of the garage directly from the elevators. You have to return to the lobby and either walk up the stairs or board a second elevator. No big deal, I guess. Very close (1 mile) to Cambridge, wish we could have spent more time there.
Bottom line: the kids didn't want to leave but the hotel meal $$ was killin' me!
