“Great place to have lunch before heading back into town...”

Party of 3, around 11:00 am

Located inside the Ulupalakua Ranch Store, the grill is open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm daily. The store also has deli sandwiches and other snacks, which is a great place to stock up for an outdoor picnic.

But the star here, is the Maui Cattle Company beef. Its a bit pricey at $7.50 for 1/2 pound burger, but after driving the long winding country road, your choices are very limited. Some other choices on the grill menu include grilled chicken, BBQ Kalua Pork, Tenderloin Steak and yes, and the Ulupalakua Elk Burger. The Elk is pretty good with a "meatloaf" type of taste.

The ranch store is located on Highway 37, right across the Tedeschi Winery. You can't beat the scenic drive looking over the South Maui coast.
