“Great Hotel - Convenient Location”

Ramada Limited Suites Spokane

5 of 5 stars
Alberta
Feb 17, 2008

This Hotel worked out great for us. We stayed there for three nights in September of 2007. The location is very conventient for Spokane, there were places to eat and shop either right across the street or down the road a little ways. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean. The only complaint was that we had a little trouble with our toilet and it took about an hour to get some help with it (it was just plugged, not overflowing or anything). However the staff were very apologetic and advised us that they were running on a shorter staff than usual. We had a fun visit to Spokane and it was nice to have a comfortable quiet hotel room to return to at the end of our days. We would stay there again anytime.

“great stay with a great bed”

Ramada Limited Suites Spokane

5 of 5 stars
Pasco, Washington
Sep 27, 2007

The lobby smelled kind of weird, but once I got past that, everything was great. There were cookies in the lobby. The pool was pretty quiet in the late morning and it was great to go with my kids. They even had a patio area with tables and a grill. The beds were awesome pillowtops. i wanted to take mine home. The room was clean, and I was surprised how big it was. The breakfast in the morning had everything. I ate buiscuits and gravy, the kids had yougurt (it was yummy) and bananas. There was also waffles and cereal and muffins. The shower was clean and big and had great pressure. Loved the showerhead. The hotel is next to lots of low-cost dept stores like walmart, shopko, and the like. We walked to mcdonalds for dinner. There is a steak and seafood sit-down place across the street I wanted to try. It's pretty far into town from the freeway, but close enough to where we needed to be the next day it didn't matter to us. I almost regretted agreeing to stay on the 1st floor, especially after I saw the elevator, but it wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be. Just in the afternoon when they stocked the vending machines. If you stay here, don't stay on the 1st floor. The guy running breakfast was WAY friendly (like almost creepy friendly), but the rest of the staff was so-so. It seemed there was always someone outside on a smoke break. Everything was really great and the whole time I kept thinking "this place only cost me $55????????" I booked 2 days ahead on hotels.com and then my hubby's work ended up paying for it anyway. I will be taking more trips to spokane in the future and I will definately stay here again and again.

“Disliked this motel”

First, I am not sure of the Motel that I have selected. It was a Ramada Franchise and is in downtown Spokane.

The breakfast area was so dirty, I was reluctant to eat there. I do not believe that the toaster had ever been cleaned and the general area was certainly not clean. The milk refrigerator that normally has a top outside is where they stored the milk to be taken out and poured. It had to have been months since the milk refrigerator had been defrosted as there was hardly room for the gallon milk container due to the ice build up.

The service was non-existent - I needed a roll of toilet paper and when I called the front desk I was advised that I had to come down and get it - (seems to me like it should have been delivered).

While in the breakfast area one morning, a lady came through the area with a toilet plunger to return to the front desk as she had to plunge her own stopped up toilet.

This franchise is a disgrace to the Ramada chain of motels.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone for any reason. The only good thing about it was the location and that is why we selected it. But we will never stay there again.

“Not that bad of a place”

Ramada Limited Suites Spokane

I stayed there with my family while in Spokane for 3 days. The room was a 2 bedroom and was clean and tidy, TV was working properly with the channels I wanted to see, Bathroom was clean and stocked well and most of all the towels were puffy and fresh. No pee stains in the toilet and no hairs in the sink drains. I did not have any of these problems. One of the reasons being the guy who checked us in spoke the same language I did so it was easy and he was very nice and helpful. As for the trains, there were some noises but they are all during daytime. I actually liked seeing the trains go by, at night one or two trains would come but they dont blow their horns so its really just a hum in the distance. I will come here again when I go back to Spokane.

“4:00am Wake Up Call”

Imagine awakening at 4:00am to the sound of loud footsteps in the stairwell, only to realize that someone is drunk and knocking on your hotel door saying, "Beaver...it's me. Let me in, Beaver." I suppose we could have overlooked the lack of vaccuuming and the overall smell of dirt. But, how is it that a back door that should be locked "for our guests' safety" was a way for a drunk man to enter the hotel? Needless to say, our seven day stay was cut short by six days.
