Good service, good selection, satsifactory but not spectacular BBQ food. Good value.

We've tried Red Hot and Blue at three different locations. Of those 3 locations, only the Leesburg one still exists. The problem with Red Hot and Blue is the food quality. Sometimes the ribs are cooked just right and have great flavor. Other times they vary from bland to just plain awful. I've had half racks that were practically inedible they were so tough. It hasn't just been at this location but all other locations, too!

You have your choice of wet or dry BBQ. If you really want to eat here, I recommend the wet--at least it has some flavor. The dry BBQ flavor varies from bad to boring.

On the positive end, the side dishes are consistently good--never had a problem there. The best dish I've had was the chicken wing appetizer which is also on the kids' menu as an entree. Too bad they don't offer them as an adult sized entree.

We've had no complaints with the service. Everytime it has been prompt and efficient. However, I can think of other places that do far better BBQ.
