I stayed at this property in early April 2007. It is centrally located at the Loop 1/Hwy 45 interchange in North Round Rock, TX. This hotel looks relatively new and my room was of decent size and appoinment. The staff was friendly and check in / out was simple. Typical breakfast fare. If I remember correctly, I paid $72/night.

If I have any complaint, it would be that the air conditioner is one of the motion sensor types (don't you just hate those!). The room did become warm during the night. Nevertheless, I would recommend this property for a quick business trip, etc.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was always professional. The rooms were nice and averaged sized. Located next to I35, the noise was minimal. Did not check out the pool due to the rainy weather, but it was clean. Breakfast was standard and was wall attended to. I would definately stay here again.

What a pleasant surprise from the average LaQuinta hotel. I discovered this hotel, quite by accident one year when travelling down Interstate-35 to Austin. I was dead-tired and wanted to stop before I got to the "big-city."

The rooms are good, clean, and the staff is courteous. The pool and hot tub are outdoors, but are enclosed from the view by a 12 foot adobe wall. Very private.

The BEST part of this location are the WONDERFULLY oversize bathtubs! They are BIG, DEEP, and long. They would easily accomodate two regular-sized people. As I am a "person of size" I just LOVED this place. A note of warning: because these are truly big, deep tubs...it can be a challenge to get in and out if you are a short person. BUT anyway---I think this is an undiscovered little gem in the Texas hill country.

If you've ever rented a "spa suite" at some of the other hotels, you will find that this tub is better...just doesn't have the hydrojets, but otherwise a great SOAK!
