I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have been consistently impressed with the level of service provided by the staff, from the general manager to housekeeping. The decor is modern but warm, the rooms ample in size, and the bathrooms are plenty big. We had a large group in town for a company meeting and the hotel made every effort to ensure our comfort and business needs. Free breakfast, wireless internet, and HBO on the flat screens in guest rooms. The manager even greeted us by our names during the week! This is by far the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. If you are considering a hotel in the Duncanville area for a reasonable price, I highly suggest you try this one.

If you are looking for a great place to relax during your stay in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.........Best Western Duncanville Inn & Suites is your best choice.

I had a meeting in Dallas (about 12 minutes from the hotel). I had nothing but excellent service the entire stay. I experienced one of the most comfortable and accomodating stays I have had in some time. It started with a courtesy call to my room to ensure that everything was to my liking.

Complimentary wireless internet, larger than normal bathroom facility, all rooms are smoke free, cable, refrigerator, microwave, etc., and, a great breakfast. I have lived in Texas most of my 46 years and now I can say that I have enjoyed a Texas-shaped waffle!! HA!!

I could go on, as I needed scissors (no problem)....then, I realized I left a pair of gold earings in my room. Again, no problem......they went out of their way to mail my earings to
me right away.

The price is right, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is superb.
