This hotel is a solid, high-end place. The room is a very spacious suite of two rooms with a lot of comfortable space and furniture to relax. Room service was fast and good -- only drawback is that it ends at 11:00 PM. My highest marks go to hotels with some type of 24 hour food service.

The location is a bit odd -- there is no place accessible via walking. This is a car accessible place only -- it is in a highway corridor with a number of other very large hotels. However, the drive to the heart of downtown was less than 10 minutes -- very convenient.

The room was VERY clean and orderly. The lobby and restaurant were simple and nice.

The room would be excellent for two friends traveling together or for a couple, as one person could go to bed, with the other watching TV or reading in the other room. Nice set-up.

This Marriott hotel is rated at a class 4 hotel, but it is really a 5 or 6 class rating. The hotel does not give itself enough credit. As a silver elite Marriott member this hotel was very impressive. I chose this hotel because of the reviews I read on Trip Advisor and it did not disappoint. Only a few minutes from the West End (cobble stone, historic, restaurant area) by car. This hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the airport, West End & Uptown. Also check out the Uptown area, a more trendy area with more bars, & restaurants. Great location.

Rooms are suites with a set of French doors separating the bedroom from sitting room. Great room & service for the price. Mini kitchen area, sink, refrigerator, & coffee maker.

My only compliant was the business center did not provide computer Internet service for free. Although hotel is wired for wireless which is free in public areas, I just did not have my lap top with me.

Stayed overnight for the state fair. Dallas is small so eveyrthing is near hiways and not to far at all. 10-15 min .

Front desk had maps and directions they could print out for you if needed. They are prepared to help out visitors.

Parking was ample, and noticed a security truck that does rounds in parking lot etc.

Overall clean and average hotel. Beds was very nice and soft. Stayed in the normal executive suite i believe. Ample space if needed. TVs are nice with good selection of channels. Bathrooms and bar area was clean and in good condition.

This was a really nice Marriott. All the staff were really friendly and service oriented. I booked a room with two beds which is what i recieved. The problem was that there were no french doors to seperate the living area from bedroom. It was all one big room. I had planned to to have a little privacy from the kids but oh well! Maybe you only get the french doors ifs its a king room. I would ask if its important to you. How could I forget those comfortable beds ......Very comfy with nice linens. I also noticed there was just one tv in the room.The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large. The pool was nice and stayed open late, great for the kids. This hotel sits next to a busy freeway but we did not notice any outside noises. Also there is a tiny store with some snacks and other supplys by the front desk. We arrived late and left early so I didnt get to utilize any of the hotels other services. I was not disappointed with our stay.
