Liked the hotel a lot, it was what we expected and even more. We stayed in a doubleroom, quite big and had a nice en-suite bathroom. The room was very clean, like the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was nice and good, but quite basic. Staff in reception was very friendly and cheerful. Have no complaints and would definitly go back to stay at the B W Royal Hotel when we go on our next vacation to Jersey.

Spent 3 nights in April and really enjoyed it. Requested move from 1st room as we travelled with Mum and Dad whose room was twice the size, no problem, given bigger room with king size bed overlooking the terrace which was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful and as somebody else on here as stated the breakfast was unbeatable! Great choice and delicious.

Ate in the restaurant 2 nights and can't fault the food, although the choice there wasn't as varied. Highly recommended.

This wonderful hotel most definatley made our stay in Jersey particularly enjoyable and memorable. The location is ideal, the room was clean, spacious and maintained to a high standard, and the staff were polite and friendly, attentive, and keen to help. The dining room is classy with an intimate feel to it and the inclusive breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice and very tasty, and served until 10:00 am, allowing the rare opportunity for a lie in. The bar offers well-priced drinks and is a comfortable and pleasant place to spend the evening. This hotel is certainly at the top end of the 3 star scale, with the little extras and attention to detail adding something special. This is a well run hotel which I can highly recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the past 4 years on business and have always enjoyed my stays.

Rooms vary due to the add-on of buildings over the years and although some are more dated than others all have been okay.

But on my last visit, I found the first room [299] not up to standards, the room smelled of smoke, specially the nets and curtains and the bed was 'u' shaped, I got a room change but the bed here was even worse, eventually they gave me a suite! this was better but wow so dated.

The hotel has recently re-vamped many rooms it is a shame they did not replace the beds which to be honest were all very old, just look at the mattresses, not good.

The price had gone up and I paid the most i have ever paid and this is january? time to look elsewhere for me i am sorry to say.
