The bathroom seemed slightly more up to date than the rest of the room. The bed was firm, the pool was average, the size of the room was average, the TV was standard.

The parking was generally pretty good the first night. On our second night, it was a little harder to find a space due to a banquet but I've certainly had worse spots.

The elevators were a little annoying. They have a bank of three and there's no indicator that the elevator has arrived except with the opening of the door- and they're very quiet - so pay attention! Especially if small children are with you and you're keeping your mind on them!

Staff was courteous and helpful.

We stayed here for one night on our way home. I was impressed with the quality of this hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful and professional. Rooms were large and clean. The pool area was excellent, always clean towels available. We had breakfast off the menu which was great, the Sunday buffet looked even better! The location in downtown Sioux Falls is super, walking distance from shopping, business, restaurants and clubs.

The hotel has nice size rooms with accessible balconies. Bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated. The staff was very nice but not as efficient as they could have been but their friendly attitude made it much less noticeable. Maid service was promnpt and the rooms were clean but there was never shampoo in the room and I had to request they bring coffee the second day after the room was cleaned. The bar was nice and the staff was great. Overall a very nice stay. If you are looking for a clean room in a decent hotel this is a great option downtown.

Stayed here for one night in late October. Was given a beautiful room on the top floor, with a great view of downtown. The recent renovations seem to be complete, and everything was neat, clean, and elegant. Ordered room service, and it took about 35 minutes for a soup and salad, but the food was good. I would stay here again.
