I stay here frequently and overall, it's fine. Can't beat the breakfast which is included. Internet connection is always good too. My only complaint is that this hotel, along with many others use some sort of cleaning solution that leaves an odor in the rooms. I have yet to figure it out, but many hotels use it and it can be overwhelming sometimes. The place is always clean. I have experienced good and bad people at the desk. Overall, it's all good experience and I will continue to stay here.

Wew stayed at this Sleep Inn for 4 nights and were very pleased with everything. It is very clean and quiet, the breakfast is excellent, including make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausage, and the usual toast. bagels, cereal, juice, and coffee. The room is large and we never had a probem getting a table, unlike some previous reviews. There was even a dinner buffet on Wednesday evening, salad, many varieties of hot food, dessert, and even wine and beer - FREE! Our room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is located in a corporate business park, so there are no restaurants nearby. When you get a mile away from the hotel, the traffic is terrible. That is the only bad thing about the Sleep Inn - the traffic. We are from a small town and not used to such fast heavy traffic. The Sleep Inn is a great place to stay, but be prepared to get lost in the traffic.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn while visiting Philadelphia. It is about 40 minutes from downtown. The area was very safe. The hotel is very well kept. It is attached to a Mainstay Suites. I asked to see a room at Mainstay. It was a beautiful 1 bedroom suite. However, we only needed the regular bedroom. The suite had a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and living room with a pull out couch.

I had a bad feeling about breakfast when I saw the size of the combined hotel. My concerns were founded when we went to breakfast. The room was packed and people were standing everywhere trying to eat. The breakfast was very good and included sausage and egg sandwiches, Belgean waffles, fruit, yougurt, cereal, muffins, toast etc. It was a very well presented breakfast.

Use the roomsaver coupon if possible. At that rate, you can't go wrong.

I called to modify my reservation today. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes without an explanation. When I called back the employee, Tasha, yelled at me that there were several calls ahead of me and that they would get to me when it was my turn. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he wasn't there. She called me a --- and hung up on me. I called back immediately and got another clerk who transferred me right to the manager who wasn't supposed to be there! Poor customer relation skills and appalling behavior. I hope I don't get the worst room in the place when I check in on Saturday.
