This was the perfect hotel experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great: spacious, well appointed, quiet. The suite style layout was enjoyable. Relaxing on the leather couch, using the spacious wet bar/fridge/microwave, luxuriating on the king bed; all were much better than a regular hotel room. The breakfast was amazing. Hands down the best complimentary spread I have ever seen. A tasty variety of food with a pleasing display of fresh fruit, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, hot cinnamon rolls, several kinds of juices, and many more nice things. The coffee wasn't bad for hotel coffee. This hotel is close to several great ethnic restaurants and the usual chain offerings. Overall, what a fabuous experience. I highly recommend Phoenix Inn Suites South.

This was the worst stay of our trip. It was nothing like their website promised - no water in our room, no couch. Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke - ugh! We could hear everything that went on in the room above us and in the hall outside. The only positive thing about this hotel was the front desk staff.

Phoenix Inns are all a great value. We stayed here while looking for a house when we moved here and always put up guests who want a hotel here. The rooms are large, quiet & comfortable. The gratis breakfast is better than most. The cost is appropriate.

Great room, friendly staff and very clean. Very pet friendly. We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite and it was great after a long drive.
